Celebrate Mardi Gras in style this year with our Mardis Gras Celebration! Join us on historic Waters Pl in downtown Culpeper, Virginia for a full day of festivities and fun. We will be kicking off the day at 11am with local musician Dave Detwiler and his White House Dixie Land Band playing traditional rhythm and blues, jazz, and zydeco sounds of Bourbon Street.

At 1pm, join us for the Krewe of Newfies parade celebrating these beloved “nanny dogs” as they lead the band & parade decked out with floats, costumes and of course some bead throwing. Revel all day long as we take over Davis Street providing music, food, and plenty of merrymaking.

When it’s all said and done come back to 18 Grams Coffee after the parade to wind down with regional food & drink specials. Whether you want to show off your best Mardi Gras costume or feel the hustle & bustle of a classic street fair, our celebration is sure to provide something for everyone.
